高雄海關貪污案外案　基隆關遭鎖定偵辦

高雄地檢署偵辦海關貪瀆弊案，意外查出有業者也在基隆地區找報關行犯案，今與基隆地檢署聯手發動第8波搜索，大批檢調人員分頭搜查高雄、基隆等地多家報關行、進口業者辦公處所，並約談涉案業者到案，後續將鎖定徹查基隆海關官員有無收賄等弊端。

據了解，雄檢指揮調查局南機站等單位偵辦高雄關驗貨課、機動隊集體收賄案時，由於蒐證完整，辦案人員甚至將與海關內部人事組織圖畫出，因此光是每一波行動後交叉比對查扣資料，就能清出另一票官商勾結弊端，也讓檢調單位案子辦不完。

此案雄檢自去年發動第一波搜索至今已累積起訴49人次，其中包括27名公務員。檢方勾稽扣案文件，發現有些進口業者也透過基隆地區的報關行涉嫌從事不法情事，疑有官員包庇，正巧基隆地檢署也在清查，雙方合作辦案，今天早上發動第8波搜索行動，此波行動由基隆地檢署指揮，相關涉案人等將在基隆複訊。（郭芷余／高雄報導）
