標題[請益] 關於預聘

目前研究所在學中，面試了幾家其中欣興有給offer， 聯景光電、東電化、世界先進都是說不預聘， 因為離我能到職的時間還有三個月 去面試都被問這麼早找工作喔？ 其實有點沮喪，面談的感覺其實滿ok 真的蠻想去VIS的… 想請問一下現在公司是不是不會預聘能到職時間差太多的？ 抑或是我只是適合的人選，不到優秀 所以公司比較希望繼續找能力差不多但可以馬上到職的人 原po大學碩士都118材料 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.71.161.56 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1398673988.A.342.html
