相關工作經驗：2.5年 應徵職缺：Process Engineer 應徵公司：竹科某半導體（耗材+設備）供應商（台商） Offer： 月薪：41K（拉哩拉雜的加起來,保證年薪14個月+績效獎金） 交通津貼：6K 工時：09：00～06：00（非常正常） 這家公司基本上是一個代理商，還蠻想去的。 我不想回Fab過那種水深火熱的生活了， 但這家開的底薪還遠不及之前的公司（48K）... 我想跟面試主管談薪資部分，但不知道如何談... 懇請各位新進給個意見...謝謝！ （之前任職的公司年薪至少高這間200K以上） -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.169.42.150 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1398760808.A.8E9.html
