星國最年輕部長 41歲掌青年部

新加坡內閣最年輕部長換人，四十一歲的黃循財將自五月一日起，取代四十四歲的陳振聲，成為新加坡內閣最新的最年輕部長。

「聯合早報」即時新聞報導，新加坡執政黨人民行動黨第四代核心領導群兩名代理部長將自五月一日起升任部長。分別是人力部長陳川仁，社區及青年部部長黃循財，黃循財兼任通訊及新聞部第二部長。

新加坡內閣原本最年輕部長是四十四歲的社區、家庭及發展部部長陳振聲，他也是國防部第二部長。

四十一歲的黃循財自五月一日起將是最年輕部長。

新加坡總理李顯龍肯定陳川仁、黃循財的表現，「他們充分掌握部門事務。他們也努力加強與人民聯繫，贏得國人尊敬與信任」。
