韓國銀行頃公布「2014年3月底外匯存底」，韓國今（2014）年3月底之外匯存底為3543億4000萬美元，較前月份之3517億9000萬美元，增加25億500

韓國銀行頃公布「2014年3月底外匯存底」，韓國今（2014）年3月底之外匯存底為3543億4000萬美元，較前月份之3517億9000萬美元，增加25億5000萬美元或0.7%，據分析此係歐元升值，歐元資產折成美元後，金額增加，加上外匯資產之運用收益增加等因素所致。

據指出，今年3月底韓國外匯存底之資產項目包括，有價證券3億2340萬美元、投資儲備金202億1000萬美元、金47億9000萬美元、SDR35億美元及國際貨幣基金(IMF)24億3000萬美元。

目前全球外匯存底最多之國家仍為中國大陸，至去(2013)年12月底之餘額為3兆8213億美元、其後依序為日本之1兆2882億美元(2014年2月底)、瑞士之5438億美元(2014年2月底)、俄羅斯之4933億美元(2014年2月底)、台灣以4180億美元排名第五位(2014年2月底)、巴西以3627億美元(2014年2月底)，居第六，韓國則以3518億美元排第七位(2014年2月底)。(資料來源：經濟部國貿局)
