檢方查誰打傷台聯立委

立委吳宜臻則指出，卅八位刑法教授發起連署指責檢察官執法不中立，為政治服務，台聯立委周倪安被打得頭破血流，氣胸住院，是被誰打的？警察有無過當行使職權，檢方調查那麼多天沒有結果？是選擇性執法嗎？

法務部政務次長陳明堂答詢，檢方正在調查，會要求檢察官儘速查出結果。
