環保局審查過關 日月光K7將試車生產

高雄市環保局有條件通過「日月光K7廠」的污染改善計畫。高市環保局長陳金德(3月25日)說明，日月光只要補齊資料，就可申請「試車」，「試車」生產期間，通過環保局連續十五天的檢測，就可以核准「復工」。日月光K7廠會趕在四月初進行「試車」。(林憲源報導)

審查委員有條件通過日月光K7廠的污染改善計畫，高市環保局長陳金德表示，日月光公司只要補齊審查委員所要求的補件資料，就可以申請「試車」，何時試車?就看日月光何時補件。審查委員要求日月光補齊的包括廢水入流端的計量設施，統計和紀錄，並設置LED看板，公開放流水的監測資訊。

日月光會趕在四月初補齊資料，申請「試車」。「試車」期間，工廠設備就可以投料生產，工廠會提試車報告，並由環保局連續進廠監測十五天，十五天沒有異狀，再正式通知「復工」。

「試車」是「復工」前的必經程序，申請「試車」一次可達三個月，必要時可延長，試車的目的是為測試製程是否符合要求，隨時進行修正。
