反服貿擬罷工 管中閔：非同小可

反服貿抗爭團體擬發起全國罷工、罷課行動，近日已有多位首長表示不妥。國發會主委管中閔今天(24日)表示，罷工不僅牽涉製造業，將連帶影響相關產業，對經濟影響很大，非同小可。他並認為，台灣民主發展到一個極致，可透過現有體制解決問題，但罷工不是做法之一。

針對反服貿抗爭群眾拋出擬發起全國罷工、罷課運動，國發會主委管中閔24日表示，罷工不只與製造業有關，將會連帶影響到相關產業，也包括消費，對經濟影響很大，且若形成個例，後續會有更多影響，罷工是非同小可的事情，他完全不樂見。

管中閔強調，台灣民主成熟，希望透過現有體制解決問題，他說：『(原音)我們一直認為台灣民主成熟到一個極致，很多事可透過現有體制去解決問題，而罷工顯然不是我們體制的一種。所以我們誠懇認為，希望未來發展是能朝向理性對話、回歸體制、社會安定、台灣繼續進步的方向努力。』

由於抗爭行動使立院停擺，管中閔認為，示範區特別條例預定要召開5場公聽會，已經延期2場，本周能否開成還不確定，希望公聽會開完能實質進入審查，盡快讓重要法案通過。
