郝龍斌：馬、江承諾 不會強制驅離學生

台北市長郝龍斌今天上午表示，他昨天已致電馬英九總統、行政院長江宜樺，希望不要強制驅離學生與立法院前的民眾，馬江都做出承諾，表明不會強制驅離。

郝龍斌說，目前沒有任何團體申請集會遊行，但北市府尊重民眾集會遊行的權利，且大法官已針對緊急集會遊行做出釋憲，北市府也尊重大法官。

對於學生發起包圍國民黨團，郝龍斌表示，他希望政黨、政治人物不要介入學運。他支持服貿逐條審查，在立法院公開透明完成所有法定程序。

對於立法院長王金平不出席院際會議，郝龍斌表示，尊重王金平作法。
