備審資料到底要用什麼做？(急~~~

現在大學申請的第一階段已經放榜了。
我已經開始做備審資料，我適用poweroiint做的，可是做一做發現大家全部都是用word做。只有我是用powerpoint。因為我想說今年是線上書審，只要最後存成pdf檔就好了。結果後來許多大學都要求一些各校不同的個人資料表，決果全部都是word的格式。

請問是我做錯了嗎？還是其實用powerpoint也可以？那如果我要附上A4的表格在powerpoint內，我是要先掃描成圖片再插入嗎？還是有其他什麼辦法？請大大幫我解答感恩~~~~~~~
