各位前輩好 小弟目前任職於本土藥廠業務，最近有一個機會進入外商(代理商)工作 雖說自己的未來還是要自己決定,但還是希望能聽聽前輩們的意見 所以才決定在此討論 公司 本土藥廠 外商 職務 業務(DS通路) 業務(HP或GP通路) 薪資 28k+12K(固定津貼) 43K 福利 油資加日當約15k 約20k 年終不固定,去年1.5 年終固定一個月 獎金 另計 另計 發展性 有負擔管理職,約5人 國外大公司，藥品部門為代理原廠藥品為主 公司穩定,有自有藥品 及代理品 個人想法 目前公司通路較熟悉， 通路不熟，未來要跑的產品進去才會確定 有升遷機會，但短期內 薪資不錯，加獎金年薪破百應該沒問題 薪資不如外商，長遠來 對於有經濟壓力的我來說真的很有吸引力 看是覺得可以繼續待。 另外，想去外商看看也是我一直以來的想法 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.87.89 ※ chiclyeric:轉錄至看板 Salesperson 03/22 13:41
