房價太高了 逾6成陸民難接受

（中央社台北22日電）中國人民銀行（大陸央行）最新調查顯示，64.3%的居民認為目前房價「高，難以接受」，已比上季（2013年第4季）降低2.2個百分點。

北京日報今天報導，大陸央行21日公布2014年第1季城鎮儲戶（存款戶）問卷調查報告顯示，64.3%的居民難以接受目前的高房價、33%居民認為目前房價「可以接受」、僅有2.7%居民認為房價「令人滿意」。

2014年第1季，人行在全大陸50個城市進行2萬戶城鎮儲戶問卷調查。

調查顯示，55.8%的居民認為物價「高，難以接受」，比上季下降5.8個百分點；居民物價滿意指數23.6%，比上季提高3.1個百分點。

調查還顯示，大陸居民偏愛的投資方式前三名依序為「基金及理財產品」、「房地產投資」和「購買債券」，選擇這三種投資方式的居民占比分別為31.8%、16.2%和13.7%。1030322
