紙廠排廢水 3項超標開罰

（中央社記者邱俊欽桃園2014年3月22日電）國內一家紙業公司永安廠排放灰白廢水，經桃園縣環保局檢測後，發現3項含量超標，今天依法裁罰新台幣17萬元。

桃園縣政府環境保護局表示，這家紙業公司已有55年歷史；位於新屋鄉永安漁港旁的永安廠，平日從事紙類相關產品生產製造，領有桃園縣政府核發的廢水排放許可證。

環保局表示， 稽查人員日前到社子溪新屋段巡查時，發現紙廠排出廢水呈灰白色，疑有異常，立刻採樣檢測懸浮固體、化學需氧量及生化需氧量等項目。

檢驗結果今天出爐後，環保局指出，3項檢測結果都不符合放流水標準，其中懸浮固體超標2倍以上，嚴重污染社子溪，依違反水污染防治法，罰款17萬元。

廠方表示，因為近日早晚溫差太大，導致生物處理設施功能不佳，浮出的活性污泥浮造成廢水混濁，但環保局認為業者避重就輕，仍做出裁罰。
