標題[問題] 工作選擇 德睿創投 與 企金達人

想問問這兩間有沒有人知道… 一間是 德睿創業投資有限公司 一間是 企金達人 都是做電話行銷的， 都是週休二日、 德睿沒有保勞健保，要自己找公會保 工作內容是電話銷售股票，業績沒做到底薪要扣半。 但是獎金算法很誘人，上班時間９點半到六點。 企金達人 是做中小企業貸款的，薪水不高，獎金也不高，上班時間８點半到５點半，有勞健保。 但是一開始是一個月聘僱，接下來是三個月ㄧ聘。 想問問有沒有人在這兩家公司工作過或面試過的可以給我一點建議。 手機發文，排版可能怪怪，請見諒。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.228.12.86
