標題[心得] 新人被討厭了要怎麼辦

剛到新公司兩個月 由於對於新環境不熟悉，對於很多公司制度都是有所疑問的 大概找了三次行政部門詢問一些公司規範 但這舉動似乎讓行政人員有點不悅，覺得這新人很難搞，問題一堆 然後"這新人難搞"的謠言就在公司傳開了... 想請問，該如找解決這困境呢? 目前暫無想換工作的打算，改找那行政人員稍微解釋一下嗎? 還是會越解釋越黑啊?! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.9.87.62
