【公督盟】基本表現及IVOD小組評鑑結果 交通委員會表現最佳，蔡正元委員請加油！

公民監督國會聯盟（簡稱公督盟）今日（3/22）上午舉辦第八屆第四會期立委評鑑複審大會，立委評鑑共分為五個小組，「基本表現及IVOD小組」召集人陳建甫表示，「基本表現和IVOD小組的評鑑指標，是一個非常量化而且客觀的數字，其中30%是委員的出席率、質詢次數，可說是由委員所決定，另外20%是由公民觀看立委評鑑質詢影片IVOD所決定。

基本上，委員都會出席院會，唯一可以分出高下的大概是委員會的出席率，自從聯盟開始監督後，委員在8個委員會的出席率大幅提昇。

此外，財政委員會有兩位委員分數相對較低，分別是薛凌委員及蔡政元委員，他們都是台北市選區的委員，幾乎沒有理由不出席各自的專業委員會；而蔡正元委員問政表現不佳，可質詢次數共37次，但蔡委員卻無任何口頭、書面質詢。在此小組評鑑中，交通委員會表現最佳。
