標題[請益] 台積做二休二跟常日班 CP值哪個高

我妹在台積當助工 他最近跟我討論他想換常日班 但依我的經驗 做二休二 3個月輪一個月夜班 薪水記得比較多 如果做常日班 薪水沒比較多外 加班費好像也比做二休二少 因為班制不同 所以我建議她考慮清楚 但 我非TSMC員工不知道詳細情形 所以想問各位高手 工作誰不是為了賺微薄薪水薪足糊口 所以當然爾考慮 福利 薪資 列舉做二休二我認為好處: 1.可在周一到週五 去銀行等地方辦事情 2.每天上下班 其實久而久之就膩了 第一天上班雖比較痛苦 但第二天就想撐一下又放了 3.缺摳摳就加班一下一天薪水記得還蠻高的(小弟公司 助工加班幾天就比新進工程師高) 4.白天機況實驗較多 晚上只要顧好機台 順順跑 其實因該沒啥大事 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.146.81.220
