反服貿團體不滿國民黨團大會決議

反服貿學生代表陳為廷指出，國民黨昨夜的黨團大會決議，與他們的訴求有落差，不會接受，要求總統馬英九、國民黨團不要再閃躲迴避，不要再玩弄議事規則。進一步的動作，將在中午12時公布。

國民黨團昨天晚間召開黨團大會，做出決議。黨團建請王金平召開朝野協商，並請王金平主持，將服貿協議於院會中進行逐條討論、表決。但陳為廷指出，這樣的回應和訴求不符、有落差，不僅只將服貿於院會中逐條審查，也未否認張慶忠的做法，在場民眾均高喊不能接受。

「無論馬英九或國民黨都不願回應，因為這是他們的死穴」，陳為廷要求正視問題，莫再閃躲迴避，國民黨團指出到院會逐條審查，但半年前就曾有相同說法，可以隨時進去朝野協商，又可以隨時撕裂，也可以隨時上演張慶忠事件直接通過，因此要求國民黨不要閃躲，建立起兩岸協議監督機制，否則類似情況隨時可能再發生。
