農民抗徵地遭燒死 警方搶遺體

（中央社台北22日電）1名山東農民因抗爭開發商徵地，21日在守地帳篷被火燒死，另3名農民受傷。約200名防暴警察今天凌晨持盾牌趕到現場，把農民遺體搶走。

綜合京華時報以及京華時報官方微博最新報導，耿福林是看守被開發商圈占130多畝可耕地，阻止開發商施工的村民之一，他21日凌晨被燒死，但他的遺體在22日凌晨被警方強搶走。

京華時報記者21日致電當地警方，詢問這起火災是否已排除人為因素，但警方並未回覆。

同樣為了守地而住在簡易帳篷內的另外3名農民，均有不同程度的受傷，已送醫治療。

火災發生後，當地警方已至現場勘察，現已立案偵查。

中國大陸國土資源部部長汪民曾說，近年來，因徵地拆遷、補償安置引發侵害群眾合法權益的信訪案件居高不下，導致的群體事件時有發生。

中國社會科學院所發布的2013年「社會藍皮書」顯示大陸每年約發生十餘萬起的群體性事件，其中，徵地拆遷所引發的群體性事件占一半左右。1030322
