胖達人前董事長莊鴻銘涉詐欺獲台北地檢署緩起訴，檢方要求莊需製作5000個用天然材料做成的麵包，分送弱勢團體，檢方已排訂莊下周一起，連續3天先送1720個天然酵母麵包到台北市南區家扶中心，分送841個弱勢家庭。莊除已支付國庫100萬外，北檢亦規畫莊至台北看守所指導烘焙班受刑人製作麵包技藝，及結合弱勢團體開辦烘焙班課程。北檢並計畫在母親節、端午節、中秋節等節日，結合弱勢團體持續辦理麵包發送活動，讓弱勢家庭得到來自社會的溫暖。
