生活開銷大 德國退而難休者眾

（中央社記者林琳柏林2014年6月24日專電）德國有數10萬年齡在65歲以上的退休人士退而難休，因為退休金不敷生活開銷，他們仍需要在職場打零工以增加收入。

德國勞工部發言人最近表示，老而貧的退休人士愈來愈多，主要也是因為社會老化，高齡族群人數逐年增加。此外，房租和其他的生活開銷也提高，使得支領微薄退休金的人日子更難過。

德國政府對於貧困的退休人士提供所謂的「民生保障」，這方面的政府支出1年高達55億歐元；然而，基本的退休保險仍無法讓許多退休人士脫離貧窮邊緣的生活。

根據德國聯邦勞工局的統計，2013年6月底，德國各地超過65歲仍在打零工的人估計近83萬人，其中有13萬7000人的年紀甚至超過74歲。
