實質薪資仍不及16年前

趕不上物價增幅

儘管失業率已經連續3個月下降，但實質薪資仍負成長，主計總處調查1至4月實質薪資平均為5萬2087元，還比不上16年前，也就是民國87年的5萬2810元，主要原因是物價漲幅高於薪資漲幅。

主計總處調查，今年1至4月經常性薪資平均為3萬7871元，為歷年同期最高，非經常性薪資1萬5898元，則比上年同期增加13.69%，主要是受到景氣穩健回溫，今年初廠商增加發放年終獎金及績效獎金影響。兩者合計，1至4月平均薪資5萬3769元，也是歷年同期最高。

不過薪資增幅趕不上物價上漲速度，扣除物價因素之後，1至5月實質薪資平均為5萬2087元，雖然比前兩年都高，但仍不敵87年的5萬2810元，因為這16年來，雖然薪資增加15.90%，但物價增幅卻高達17.51%。

每個月固定會領到的經常性薪資，1至4月平均為3萬7871元，換算成實質經常性薪資為3萬6686元，則是不及15年前，也就是88年的3萬6873元，因為1-4月經常性薪資雖然較88年增加了16.35% ，但同期間物價增幅則有16.95%，使得實質經常性薪資較88年減少0.51%。
