克里米亞進出口 歐盟將限制

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾24日專電）歐洲聯盟外長會議決議，明天起對克里米亞產品設限，只允許獲得烏克蘭政府頒發產地證明的商品入境。外長們也暗示，若烏克蘭情勢持續惡化，不排除擴大對俄羅斯制裁。

歐盟28國外交部長昨天在盧森堡舉行會談，烏克蘭、敘利亞、伊拉克等國動亂危機是主要的討論重點。

會後外長發表聯合聲明表示，來自克里米亞的商品將禁止進口到歐盟，也禁止為這類商品進口提供資金和保險。不過如果來自克里米亞的商品持有烏克蘭當局頒發的產地證明，則不在此限。這項禁令將從25日起正式生效實施。

烏克蘭新任外交部長克林金（Pavlo Klimkin）昨天也參加了這場外長會議，並在會議中向各國說明烏克蘭局勢最新進展與烏克蘭總統波洛申科（PetroPoroshenko）提出的和平方案。

由於俄羅斯對烏克蘭分離主義者的支持，導致烏克蘭國內動亂情勢持續升高，歐盟外長也在會議中對俄羅斯施壓，要求俄羅斯接受烏克蘭政府的和平方案。

多國外交部長都建議，若俄羅斯不接受，歐盟應該採取進一步的制裁措施。1030624
