美國記憶體大廠美光科技（Micron）於 23 日美股盤後公佈 2014 會計年度第 3 季（截 至 5 月底止）財報，受惠於併購綜效顯現，加上 PC 需求回溫帶動記憶體銷售成長，當 季營收不僅大幅度成長，且獲利優於市場預期。 美光於 2013 年 7 月完成併購爾必達（Elpida Memory）、瑞晶（Rexchip Electronics ）等公司，使得當季合併營收較去年同期跳增 72% 至 39.8 億美元，高於路透社調查預 估的 38.9 億美元。 淨利自去年同期的 0.43 億美元倍增至 8.06 億美元，或相當於每股 0.68 美元。若排除 特殊項目不計，每股盈餘進步至 0.79 美元，高於分析師預估的 0.7 美元。 美光執行長 Marc Durcan 指出，在完成整併後，DRAM 產業已趨於成熟，而幸存供應商的 經濟規模也較具市場競爭力。除此之外，美光還表示，PC 需求回穩，使得 DRAM 銷售增 加並穩定 NAND 的市場報價。 展望本季，美光預期營收將介於 40-42 億美元，中間值（41 億美元）高於分析師預估的 40.6 億美元。 美光過去 3 個月漲幅超過 3 成，因受漲多拉回賣壓影響，股價當日在正常盤下滑 1.85% 、收 31.26 美元，盤後續跌 0.51% 至 31.1 美元。 （MoneyDJ 新聞 陳瑞哲 報導） http://technews.tw/2014/06/24/micro-q3-financial/ 記憶體持續漲價 荷包賺滿滿 組電腦一定要用記憶體 遊戲機升級潮 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.34.190.185 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/PC_Shopping/M.1403574113.A.90C.html
