包庇劉政池　蔡佰祿改口：怕聲押才認罪

陽管處前處長蔡佰祿因涉包庇苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池竊佔國土興建七七行館，遭檢方起訴，原本一度向檢方認罪的蔡，今天在士林地院開庭時，又翻供不認，他辯稱：「檢察官原本要聲押我，所以我才認罪」，但事後看了相關法令才發現「自己沒犯法」。

蔡佰祿今出庭時神情黯然，不時低頭閉眼沉思，對於自己在偵查時曾認罪，蔡佰祿聲稱，是因當時記憶力差，加上壓力很大，且檢方又透露要聲押他，他因為不熟悉聲請建照的相關法令，「自己對自己也有疑慮，才會無端認罪」。
 
蔡佰祿還指控檢方引導他作證，說檢察官曾向蔡佰祿表示兩人有「共同的朋友」，還要求蔡佰祿配合偵查，就算被判有罪也不會影響退休金，所以他才透露曾和劉政鴻宴飲一事。庭訊目前仍在進行中。（吳珮如／台北報導）
