烏東民兵領袖宣布加入政府停火

回應烏克蘭政府部隊的片面停火行動，親俄的烏東民兵領袖23日表示，他們也將實施停火至27日（周五）上午。

民兵領袖波洛岱在出席於頓內次克舉行的初步和談後如是表示。烏國總統波洛申科20日宣布15點和平計畫並宣布停火一周。
