日補助雇資深人才 僅1人申請

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年6月17日專電）日本厚生勞動省表示，為鼓勵企業重新雇用60至64歲快退休人才，設有「高齡雇用安定補助金」制度，結果2013年度利用這項制度者僅1人，與目標2025人相差甚遠。

日本厚生勞動省職業安定局長岡崎淳一昨天在眾議院決算行政監督委員會答詢時表示，高齡雇用安定補助金制度2013年度的利用者僅1人。

這項制度是企業透過職業介紹公司，重新雇用快屆齡退休人士，政府會給企業每人70萬日圓（約新台幣20萬元）補助金，2013年度預算編列了67億日圓。

可能因宣導不夠等因素，2013年利用者僅1人。不過，厚勞省仍在2014年度預算中編列了84億日圓。

日本首相安倍晉三昨天在眾議院決算行政監督委員會說：「這有問題，如果有必要，將指示相關單位重新檢視。」
