Level3砸57億美元娶TW Telecom

（中央社台北2014年6月16日電）彭博報導，Level 3Communications Inc. (LVLT) 同意以大約57億美元買下TW Telecom Inc. (TWTC) ，以取得和企業客戶的直接接觸。

兩家公司在新聞稿中表示，TW Telecom股東每股將獲得價值40.86美元的現金和股票。這個價格是TWTelecom上周收盤價溢價12%。納入淨債務16億美元，此交易價值約73億美元。

Wavelength Asset Management LLC基金經理人哈默林（Andrew Hamerling）表示，「這對兩家公司來說，真的是好交易。」「這讓Level 3更靠近客戶，是自然的發展。
