劉容嘉19日發新專輯《我的自卑感》，近來壓力破表，２周瘦４公斤，158公分、只有38公斤，如今新歌〈好朋友〉破20萬點閱率，網友笑稱歌詞「你說天氣太好了 我說 hio hio hio（是喔）」很鄉土，她滿口台中腔。

她10多年前曾和賴薇如、李佳穎合組３人女子團體，結果胎死腹中。她先前和陳珊妮吃飯聊音樂，陳發現她的口頭禪是「hio」，覺得很有趣而寫成新歌〈好朋友〉。她每天練唱並用手機錄下給陳聽，只要嗓子狀況不好，陳就要她「明日請早」，前後錄了４個月。

30歲的她與男友交往２年多，前天擔任姊姊婚禮伴娘，自嘲神經大條恐怕嫁不出去。

曾有男生追求她，她約吃香菇料理，才發現對方不敢吃香菇，整晚忙著把香菇挑出來；也曾跟男友約會時脫口：「這我跟之前男友來過，那一道菜很好吃。」自責沒大腦。
