代po朋友沒有帳號 A B 產業 銀行 企劃 職位 辦事員 企劃人員 薪資 N N 休假/上班時間 皆為週休二日 上班時間也相仿 公司規模 1000人以上規模等級 福利 1.已知沒行儲 依當月案子N+1或N+2 2.一進去有特休 聘書 有正式聘書 口頭通知錄取 確定不會有正式聘書 試用期過後直接變成正式錄取 試用期 6個月 3個月 問題點: 1.由於朋友為文科畢業 但因為不是本科生 金融證照嚴重不足 怕還沒適應環境就要調到需要業績的部門 然後導致業績無法完成GG 2.兩種工作比較起來 企劃比較容易上手 升遷 轉換跑道 等方面也會比銀行好 但銀行如果做得好的話 含年終薪水比較多 3.想問大家 覺得哪個產業的發展比較廣泛 或者是說未來會比較好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 180.177.131.26 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1402922116.A.0D7.html
