保育國土 檳榔樹將輔導轉作油茶

為保育國土，改善山坡地超限利用種植檳榔問題，行政院上午通過檳榔管理方案，第一階段將推動山坡地農牧用地檳榔廢園，輔導轉作油茶，目標在4年內減少檳榔種植面積1萬770公頃，輔導轉作油茶4800公頃，估計可增加農民收益新臺幣5億5200萬元。

行政院長江宜樺上午主持國土保育專案小組辦理情形專案會議，聽取聽取農委會檳榔管理方案辦理情形。農委會計劃分三期，前後10年，輔導4萬5792公頃檳榔轉作。上午會中針對第一階段聽取報告。

行政院為積極處理「看見台灣」紀錄片所拍攝的國土破壞及環境傷害等行為，102年成立國土保育專案小組，目前已舉行7次會議及辦理5次實地查證，共查證16個地點，記錄片中所涉16項指標性環境議題，都分別你定短、中、長期策略，其中短期措施辦理完成有18處，尚有9處持續辦理，按規劃多數地點將於今年底前完成。
