將dropbox跟e-mail移到外接sd卡上是否能減少ssd讀寫次數？

小弟最近在考慮入手jetdrive lite sd卡給我的mba13用，因為跟公司同事有共享dropbox資料夾，每天同步的檔案非常多，大部分又不一定每天都用的到，所以想請問如果我把dropbox的存取路徑改到sd 卡上，是否就能減少ssd的讀寫次數？ 同樣的，對於e-mail我也有同樣的困擾，是否有辦法把e-mail的儲存移到sd卡上，附件下載後不開啟的話是否ssd也不會讀寫呢？ 謝謝~
