《產業》清大宜蘭園區，無限期停工

【時報-台北電】6年半前風光動土的清華大學宜蘭園區不玩了！原以結合學術研發與企業發展為願景的清華大學宜蘭園區，占地27公頃，96年12月動工，現已整地完成。但因缺乏後續資金來源，校方今天在環保署環評專案審查會議中宣布無限期停工，後續可能移交宜蘭縣政府或宜蘭大學接手相關開發事宜。

清華大學民國89年起著手籌辦宜蘭分部，後配合教育部政策更名為清華大學宜蘭園區，並於94年獲行政院同意設置，96年通過第一期整地開發環評，一時之間，附近宜蘭市南郊房市行情也為之一振，多數當地民眾都很期待這座兼具大學與產業特色的綠色園區早日落成。

據瞭解，為促成此案，宜蘭縣政府光是整地就補助了清華大學3億元，全區整地工程也在去年11月完工。無奈後續綜合大樓等地上物開發經費至今沒有著落，校方考慮數月之後，決定向環保署提出環境影響差異分析報告，申請無限期停工。(新聞來源：中時即時 黃天如)
