高焚化爐爆炸 清運公司闖禍

高雄市環保局南區資源回收廠在五月八日發生爆炸，環保局追查確認是之前所懷疑的「證澧環保」闖禍。高市環保局表示，這家公司把受委託處理的「鎂屑」直接載到資源回收廠，以致焚化爐產生爆炸。「證澧環保」已經被高市環保局撤銷廢棄物清運執照，並移送追究公共危險等刑責。(林憲源報導)

高市環保局追查一個月，查明南區焚化爐爆炸是因為燒到金屬製程產生的廢棄物「鎂屑」，這些「鎂屑」來自於高市燕巢區一家科技公司，科技公司委託清除業者「年泰貿易公司」清除廢棄物，「年泰公司」又將部「鎂屑」委由「證澧環保」清運至南區焚化爐。

「鎂」經常被用來製作鋁合金，粉末狀「鎂屑」燃燒時會產生劇烈反應，發出強烈白光，要撲滅鎂屑燃燒不能使用水，因為燃燒的鎂會和水劇烈反應產生氫氣導致爆炸，這是高市南區焚化爐產生多次爆炸的原因。

高市環保局認為「年泰公司」和「證澧環保」都涉及違反廢棄物清理法、以及公共危險罪，移送高雄地檢署偵辦，「證澧環保」並且被環保局撤銷清運執照。
