Z10刷機10.3，內建的應用消失的問題

小弟最近開始刷機
先刷了10.2的3175版本，使用上都是正常，功能也不錯，
但是自從某天從1Moblie下載了一些安卓的APP之後，
好像是有衝突還是什麼問題，
鬧鈴的功能只要一點選就會閃退，也無法使用，
照相機的應用也是。

後來想說刷10.3版本看能不能解決&重置一些內建的APP，
結果刷10.3之後照像機功能回復正常了，
但是反而媒體的那些內建應用都消失了，
(照片，影片，音樂等等的基本內建應用)

現在10.3版本使用上都沒問題，也能拍照和正常通話，
不曉得有沒有辦法救回那幾個基本的應用
