冒名闖關來台賣淫　川女指紋露餡被逮

中國四川省1名39歲雷姓女子，昨以結婚名義由成都搭機來台，孰料在飛抵松山機場入境面談比對指紋時，因指紋有異，移民官調閱資料發現雷女從91年至今，以假結婚方式來台2次，都被查獲涉嫌賣淫遭到遣返。這次為了來台賺錢，再次利用結婚名義來台，仍遭移民官識破，移民署國境大隊已將雷女違法事證函送地檢署偵辦，雷女將遭面臨遣返命運。

移民署國境大隊指出，雷女在91年時，因假結婚真賣淫遭查獲被強制遣送出境，依規定在管制時間內不得再入境台灣。孰料在94年時，雷女因負債累累，竟然冒用他人身分與台籍男子結婚來台，當時指紋辨識系統尚未建置，雷女因而冒名闖關得逞，雷女來台後繼續賣淫，不料又遭警查獲，收容半年後再次被強制遣返。

雷女一心想來台灣「賺」錢，昨再次以假結婚手法闖關來台，孰料栽在個人生物特徵辨識比對。雷女坦承為求來台，3度與不同的台籍男子辦理結婚，移民署國境大隊表示，雷女除觸犯刑法偽造文書罪外，依大陸地區人民進入台灣地區許可辦法，須再管制不得來台。（林金聖／台北報導）
