簡太郎澄清：心中坦蕩 絕無違法

合宜住宅弊案持續延燒，部分媒體報導有高階政務官被監聽，曾擔任內政部政務次長的行政院政務委員簡太郎昨天上午大動作開記者會澄清，強調自己「心中坦蕩，絕無違法犯紀」，且不擔心衝擊選情，「真金不怕火煉」。

簡太郎說，請廉政署及檢調單位依法辦理，誰有違法就辦誰，「我相信我的品德操守絕對禁得起考驗」。

簡太郎說，營建署、消防署或警政署都是內政部的機關，工程發包皆為自行辦理，不必經內政部核可，包括板橋浮洲合宜住宅、林口Ａ７合宜住宅，都是如此；他任內政部次長，與營建署前署長葉世文僅止於同事關係，也沒有接過有關葉世文黑函。

簡太郎表示，他認識趙藤雄，但無深交，「也不知道他現在辦公室在哪」。

他說，適逢他參選屏東縣長，盼有心人士不要刻意造謠，希望選戰是場君子之爭。
