房改盟 將訪彭淮南、張盛和

政府打房無力，學界看不下去，短短十天內，多達59所大專院校、近300位學者成立房市改革行動聯盟，發起「改革房市救經濟救青年」運動，並提出十大房市改革訴求。

房改盟將陸續拜會央行總裁彭淮南、財政部長張盛和、內政部長陳威仁、金管會主委曾銘宗，與房價最高的台北市兩黨的候選人連勝文及民進黨代表等，監督其住宅政策，也檢視候選人的競選政見。

房改盟召集人、台北大學不動產與城鄉環境系教授彭建文表示，房改盟將對各縣市首長房市選舉政見進行評鑑，過去十年主要都會區房價多上漲兩到三倍。
