新北補助網站 自己福利自己查

新北市政府創全國之先，整合全市府各局處之福利補助資料，推出「新北福利補助自己查」服務網站，讓民眾不用再四處奔波詢問自福利補助項目，現在只要透過關鍵字查詢，或簡易線上問答題，即可快速條列出符合自身條件需要的福利補助項目、內容及聯絡窗口。

負責推動此項「福利雲」專案的研考會主委吳肇銘表示，新北市府各機關所提供的福利補助項目，高達120多項（不含中央），由於過去相關申請資料，散落在各機關網站，民眾無法依照自己狀況，一次完整查出所有符合需要的補助，往往會錯過或不知道一些對自己有幫助的補助。

「新北福利補助自己查」設計出九種情境，包括生活困難、工作問題、天災、照護、育兒、醫療、居住、教育、特定福利資格等，民眾可以針對自身需要，點選對應的情境、回答問題，即可得到符合條件的補助建議。

網站上提供的是區間式選項供民眾選擇（如年收入10萬到15萬），網站所比對、過濾出的補助項目，民眾仍需 向福利補助單位提供精準的數字，方能做最後結果之判定。
