借錢不成男持槍恐嚇　槍管竟被折斷

桃園1名33歲葉姓男子去年8月1日晚間騎車到陳姓前雇主家中用餐後，向陳借3萬元遭拒，離開後愈想愈不甘，跑回家拿了一把黑色玩具手槍後折返陳家，怒沖沖地拍打陳家鐵門，陳和蔡姓友人出來應門時，葉隨即掏槍指在二人面前比畫，陳、蔡二人見狀，突然伸手欲搶下槍枝，雙方扭打一團，衝突中折斷了玩具手槍槍管，葉男不敵趕緊落跑，案經陳男報警究辦，桃園地檢署今依恐嚇罪嫌將葉男聲請簡判。（張沛森／桃園報導）
