家長包圍教育部 籲「評鑑綁考績」

教師評鑑預計在立法院本會期能通過審查，全家盟、全國校長協會多個教育團體組成「教師評鑑推動聯盟」，號召兩百多名家長包圍教育部，高喊「我要好老師」，希望教師評鑑綁考績，藉此淘汰不適任老師。(陳映竹報導)

根據教育部提送的教師評鑑版本，四年評一次，和考績脫鉤，讓「教師評鑑推動聯盟」不滿，號召上百位群眾到教育部前高喊「我要好老師」。

全國家長聯盟理事長吳福濱批評，全國中小學老師超過九成九考績都甲等，缺乏競爭力，教師評鑑和考績脫鉤，不認真的教師更可以有恃無恐的擺爛下去，如果立委不以孩子為立場，通過這樣的法案，年底選舉聯盟將要反輔選。

聯盟訴求，教評會和考評會要增加家長比例，避免特定團體能阻擋不適任教師的淘汰機制；評鑑應該成為考績或是續聘與否的依據，並藉此處理不認真、不適任的老師，讓優秀的代課和鐘點老師，有機會成為正式老師。
