家人不准買機車，謊報機車遭竊獲緩起訴

莊姓男子因機車老舊，想要換新，需要父母出錢贊助，但父母以機車還可以騎為由拒絕；莊異想天開，將車藏起來，到警局報案，再拿報案三聯單向父母表示機車遭竊。警方調閱監視器，一看就是他的身影，新北地檢署今天依誣告罪處分緩起訴。

今年1月中，33歲莊姓男子到新北市警海山分局新海派出所報案，指機車被偷走，取得報案三聯單；警方調閱監視器，經仔細查看，越看騎走機車的人就是報案人。

警方請莊說明，他看到自己的身影被拍下來，無法辯解，只能承認機車被他自己藏起來。檢察官偵訊時，莊供稱因為想要買新機車，父母卻不願出錢贊助，要求舊機車壞掉才能買，他才想出這個辦法。

檢察官見莊沒有前科，承認犯行，給予緩起訴自新機會，但要求支付2萬元罰金給國庫。
