包圍警局被警約談 洪崇晏：只對檢說明

台大學生洪崇晏涉嫌發動411包圍中正一分局，台北市刑大今天上午，以妨害公務、侮辱官署等罪嫌約談洪崇晏到案說明。但洪崇晏表示，台北市警局應該要迴避偵查。今天不會接受市刑大約談，會再約時間直接到地檢署向檢察官說明。
