捍衛服貿 馬英九下戰帖要和蔡英文辯論

藍委建議總統馬英九在民進黨黨主席完成改選後，邀請民進黨新主席蔡英文辯論服貿協議，馬總統表示，隨時都可以，馬總統甚至指稱蔡英文曾表示，ECFA是「糖衣毒藥」。蔡英文辦公室回應，兩岸交流頻繁，遠超過當年修法的時空背景，蔡辦呼籲國民黨面對民意，不要操弄政治、轉移焦點。

馬總統表示，4年前在推動ECFA時，蔡英文曾說ECFA是「糖衣毒藥」，會讓台灣經濟完蛋，但兩年後的總統選舉，又說對ECFA會概括承受，此外，蔡英文擔任陸委會主委時，修訂兩岸協議只要政院通過即可生效，是藍委堅持才改為備查。而當初政府要推動兩岸直航，民進黨也質疑是「木馬屠城」，現在各有118架次來回兩岸，恐懼根本沒發生。

對馬總統言論，蔡英文辦公室發言人洪耀福回應，治國不是靠辯論，「馬英九現在是還在選舉嗎？」洪耀福表示，現今兩岸交流頻繁，遠超過當年修法當時的時空背景及考量因素，指稱馬總統是企圖模糊焦點、迴避民意。
