歐盟：2017年 塑膠袋減量一半

歐盟委員會16日通過一項命令，希望在2017年減少50%的塑膠袋用量，並在2019年減少80%的用量。歐盟委員會將如何減少塑膠袋用量的決策權留給各會員國，例如禁用非重複使用的塑膠袋，或針對此類塑膠袋徵稅。

歐盟國家每年約用掉1000億個塑膠袋，其中80億個最終被丟棄，流進歐洲海域。歐盟委員會根據數據指出，北海有94%海鳥的胃裡有塑膠製品。
