教長與學生相約 立委盼擴大

（中央社記者陳至中台北14日電）教育部去年開始每季舉辦「與學生相約」座談會，由教育部長蔣偉寧直接和學生對談，立法委員蔣乃辛今天期盼擴大到其他部會，增加可討論的議題範圍。

101年底反媒體壟斷運動中，教育部發文大專校院「關心」學生引發爭議，蔣偉寧認為主因是與學生溝通、互信不足，在立法院承諾定期舉辦座談，建立互動機制。

蔣偉寧於102年兌現承諾，每一季舉辦一次「與學生相約」，請青年和學生代表到教育部對談，目前已舉辦多次。蔣偉寧並說，「相約」就是「我可以約你，你也可以約我」，如果學生提出，他也願意到教育部外對談。

中國國民黨籍立委蔣乃辛、潘維剛今天在立法院教育及文化委員會質詢，認為從近來反服貿抗爭、包圍警局等事件，可見政府與學生對話仍不足，希望再擴大溝通機制。

蔣乃辛表示，學生關心的議題很廣泛，不只限於教育議題，建議「與學生相約」不要只限於教育部長，也應納入其他部會，讓政府有管道瞭解年輕人的想法。

蔣偉寧認同蔣乃辛的建議，承諾會在行政院會上提出，看看相關部會是否能加入「相約」，擴大可討論議題的範圍。

蔣乃辛也建議，政府在跟年輕人溝通時，不要總是套用「我們以前年輕時的方式」，而要瞭解現在年輕世代的苦處。蔣偉寧也同意，要以「同理心」對待青年。1030414
