殺妻奪女／會鬧的人不鬧了 更要提高警覺

李姓男子昨天刺死前妻、強行帶走長女，專家說，李去年七月出獄，直到昨天才出現犯案，這期間被害人完全沒被騷擾，但一個會吵會鬧的人突然不吵不鬧，反而要提高警覺。

現代婦女基金會台南站主任吳淑美說，加害人的行為若異於平常，「有時這反而潛藏另一種危機」。

她說，李去年七月出獄，九個月後才出現，這期間被害人沒受到騷擾，可能以為之前擔心受怕的事情過去了，但一個會吵鬧的人突然不出現，也不吵鬧，不代表被害人安全，被害人反而要更提高警覺，輔導人員也應提醒被害人多加留意。

高雄市家庭暴力及性侵害防治中心主任陳桂英說，李入獄後，社工曾建議陳女將孩子轉學，但陳女因工作與娘家都在高雄大寮，基於生活現實考量沒有照做。

李出獄後，家防中心接到監獄通報，告知陳女李男出獄的訊息，且持續訪視陳女，但陳女表示，李沒有任何騷擾，家防中心追蹤輔導四個月後，去年十一月結案，之後也沒有接到陳女被李騷擾通報。
