「減少人力支出」　徵信社裝GPS跟蹤人妻

國華徵信有限公司台中分公司業務經理顏志聰，前年7月接受李男委託追蹤李妻行蹤，在李妻的車上裝置GPS衛星追蹤器，以衛星定位追蹤、跟監拍照後，再將跟蹤情形和照片向李男呈報，雙方約定調查費用17萬5千元，前年12月，李妻發覺遭人跟蹤，並在車子後方底盤發現追蹤器後報警偵辦。
 
顏男供稱，李男經濟狀況不佳，為了減少人力支出，讓李男少負擔一些費用，才會以裝設GPS衛星追蹤器的方式調查李妻的行蹤，因此誤觸法網。台中地院指出，顏男身為徵信業者，應該明瞭何種調查行動才合法，無法以為了減免李男經濟負擔為藉口請求輕判，今依意圖營利供給工具，便利他人窺視罪，判處3月刑期，得易科罰金9萬元。(法庭中心／台中報導)
