瓶蓋工廠審議 再增歷史建築

北市府文化局昨天召開文資審議委員會，再次討論南港瓶蓋工廠案，會中決議再增加歷史建築，除確定登錄的6項建物外，再增加「鋁蓋機工廠(M棟)」，但另考慮「塗膠機廠房及倉庫(J棟)」、「鋁蓋廠房及倉庫(L棟)」因不具文化資產建物價值，不予以保存。

目前南港瓶蓋工廠確定登錄為歷史建築的有「配銷處倉庫(A2棟)」、「印花工廠(B棟)」、「印鐵工廠1(F棟)」、「瓶蓋工廠(G棟)」、「崗哨」、「防空洞」，昨再增加「鋁蓋機工廠(M棟)」，另外，「印鐵工廠2(I棟)」，因委員尚無共識，相關資料蒐整確認後，續提送下次文資會審議。

文化局表示，會議中委員也討論有關「崗哨」的保存方式，因有涉及都市計畫主要計畫內容變更，故委員同意異地重組至廠區西側街廓，與其他建物做整體性的保存再利用。
