員警索賄開路 砂石車超載闖國道

國道警察局第六警察隊楊姓警務佐，涉嫌藉口取締砂石車超載違規，向砂石車司機索賄、借錢不還，還洩漏聯合勤務時段，致使砂石車毫無顧慮違規闖國道，桃園地檢署依貪汙罪、洩密罪等重罪，以及串證之虞，今晨將他聲押獲准。

楊姓警務佐（46歲）疑因積欠債務，過去任職外勤分隊小隊長期間，以取締砂石車為由，扣司機證件，要求拿錢贖回，再以LINE傳訊索賄，檢方昨天將他拘提到案，另有8名受害的砂石車司機作證，指證歷歷。

楊涉嫌洩漏維安特勤時間，因這些時段警力忙於維持正、副元首交通維安秩序，不會取締交通違規等一般勤務，令違規超載的砂石車有機可乘。國道六隊督察組今年初接獲檢舉，調查後，火速將楊調至內勤，檢警昨天搜索國道六隊、楊的住處等地，將楊拘提到案。
